Coffman Excavation has another job that they are hoping to get Sub Contractors excited about. They are bidding on the Stilling Basin Right Bank Improvement Project for the City of Portland. All bids must be in to Coffman by Jan. 31 at 5pm as the bid date is Feb. 3 at 2pm.
