The Portland office of the global development firm ProLogis is teaming up with the Portland office of Colliers International to lease out more than 340,000 square feet of distribution space owned by ProLogis.

Colliers Senior Vice President Paul Breuer and Senior Broker Jerry Matson have been officially brought on to lease out two of ProLogis Portland products, PDX Corporate Center North and PDX Corporate Center South.

Located on Northeast 138^th Avenue on the north side of Airport Way, PDX Corporate Center North consists of three buildings with a total of 58 loading docks and 157,950 square feet of leasable distribution space. PDX Corporate Center South, which is located to the south of Airport Way on Northeast 138^th Avenue, has four distribution buildings with a total of 60 loading docks and 182,900 square feet of leasable space.

There is currently about 160,000 square feet of available space between the two buildings, according to Matson. Current tenants include CD Baby and Ernest Packaging Solutions. The brokers can accommodate tenants looking for between 5,000 and 75,000 square feet of space, he said.

鈥淲e’ve worked with the firm before and have brought them tenants,鈥� he said. 鈥淚t’s a great product in a great area, but it’s a tough market right now, so they are looking for a broker to work with.鈥�
