The Oregon Hispanic Bar Association has elected Peter Ricoy as its president for 2012.

Ricoy, an attorney with the Portland office of Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt, received his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School. He focuses his practice on health care law, insurance regulation, and general corporate and business transactions. His areas of expertise include advising clients on issues related to health care reform under the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Stark and Anti-Kickback statutes, Medicare, Medicaid, reimbursement, HIPAA, COBRA, and ERISA health plan matters.

In addition to being a longtime member of the OHBA鈥檚 board of directors, Ricoy is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association.
