Dave Simmons, a CH2M HILL project manager, recently was elected 2013-14 president of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Oregon. It represents approximately 3,500 employees in 115 private consulting, engineering and surveying firms throughout Oregon and Southwest Washington. Simmons has served on the ACEC Oregon board of directors since 2008, and is a member of the ACEC Oregon legislative committee.
