OBEC adds Chad Gipson

OBEC Consulting Engineers recently added Chad Gipson as a project engineer in its office in Vancouver, Wash. He has designed marine structures for the past seven years. His background also includes inspections and condition assessments of existing facilities, engineering design, and construction support for many projects, often in high-risk seismic zones. He previously served as the marine structures lead for WorleyParsons.
