OBEC Consulting Engineers recently added Jenny Carlson as a project manager in its office in Vancouver, Wash. She will help bolster the firm’s marine and port facilities services in northern Oregon and southwestern Washington. She has extensive experience in the heavy civil industry, including design and management of complex civil engineering projects such as marine docks, materials handling, oil refineries, steel mills and aluminum plants, pulp and paper, food processing, and power plants. Her background includes project management, conceptual and detail design, permitting assistance, scheduling and cost estimating, and feasibility studies. She previously was manager of engineering for WorleyParsons.
