• Face2Face 91ÊÓƵ Inc. leased 4,124 square feet of industrial space at Parkside Business Center, 8285 S.W. Nimbus Ave., in Beaverton, from Gateway Columbia Properties Inc. Preston C. Greene and Charles Safley, both of CBRE, represented the lessor.

• Henningsen Cold Storage Co. leased 51,949 square feet of industrial space at 495 N. Holladay St. in Cornelius from JSTT Inc. Scott Finney of Norris & Stevens represented the lessor. Richard Freimark of Meridian Trust represented the lessee.
