Harper Houf Peterson Righellis Inc. recently hired Kelly Ota. He graduated from Oregon State University last year, and completed a six-month Civil Engineering Cooperative Program internship. He has experience with bridge layout, roadway layout, construction inspection, field surveying and stormwater facility design.
