鈥� MotivAction Recruiting leased 2253 square feet at The Water Tower, 5331 S.W. Macadam Ave., Suite 370, in Portland, from Lead Lizard LLC. Joe Beehler and Greg Conzalez, both of Colliers International, represented the lessee. Jake Haas of Kidder Mathews & Segner represented the lessor.
鈥� FMS Financial Management Service leased 3,776 square feet at Riverside Centre, 5100 S.W. Macadam Ave., in Portland from SRI 鈥� Eight Riverside LLC. Mark McFarland of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the lessee. Jake Haas, Brandon O’Leary and Mark Fraser, all of Kidder Mathews, represented the lessor.
鈥� Mersenne Law LLC leased 1,042 square feet at Plaza West, 9600 S.W. Oak St., in Tigard from Sunlife Assurance Company of Canada. Jeff Falconer of Capacity Commercial represented the lessee. Josh Schweitz and Travis Parrott, both of Kidder Mathews, represented the lessor.
