• Synnex Corp leased 52,011 square feet at the Robinson Johnson Building, 6505 S.W. 110th Court, in Beaverton from Robinson Johnson. Paul Breuer of Colliers International represented the lessee. Cliff Finnell and George Slevin, both of Kidder Mathews, represented the lessor.

• Idaho Pacific Lumber Company Inc. purchased a 91,372-square-foot building on 853,776 square feet of land at 2600 N.E. Orchard Ave., in McMinnville, from ATC Realty Sixteen Inc. for $1,775,000. Jeff Brooks of Kidder Mathews represented the seller and the buyer.

•Walden Holding Corp purchased 10.80 acres of land at AmberGlen Business Center, Lots 29, 30 and a portion of 31 in Hillsboro, from AmberGlen LLC for $6,351,048. Keith Young of Kidder Mathews represented the seller. George Diamond of Real Estate Investment Group represented the buyer.
