The Daily Journal of Commerce has released the names of its 2014 Newsmakers.

The annual list recognizes individuals, companies and organizations that had an impact on, or played a significant role in, the region’s built environment during the past 12 months.

The 20 Newsmakers will be honored during a luncheon awards presentation on Feb. 27, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Governor Hotel in downtown Portland. Tickets are $55 with early-bird registration. The price will increase by $10 after Feb. 20. Registration and tickets are available on the.
