is finishing up a 9-month renovation to the Parklane Apartments, a 260-unit garden apartment complex in Vancouver, Wash. The buildings were updated with new roofs, windows, siding, sliding doors, exhaust fans, gutters, and downspouts. Various improvements were made to individual units including new flooring, cabinets, and ranges. A new deck was poured around the swimming pool, and the tennis court was resurfaced. Additionally, the community center was fully remodeled with new floors, finishes, a kitchenette, new locker rooms and updated gym facilities. The project’s architect is .
