• Fred Meyer Stores Inc. leased 21,000 square feet of industrial space at 17300 S.W. Baseline Road, in Beaverton, from Albany HQ. Cliff Finnell and George Slevin, both of Kidder Mathews, represented the lessor. Alex MacLean of CRA represented the lessee.

• Earnest Images leased 15,028 square feet of industrial space at Nelson Business Center, 6777 S.W. Bonita Road, in Tigard, from CWOR Nelson 13 LLC.
