Portland-based Learning Management System (LMS) provider BlueVolt recently added Douglas Gastich as president and general manager. He succeeds Don Spear, who will remain company chairman. Gastich has more than 15 years of experience with service and agency companies, software product companies, and digital educational platforms. He most recently served as vice president of business development and strategy for Portland-based Learning.com.
