Sparling adds Thomas Richey

Sparling recently added Thomas Richey as a technology consulting project manager in its Portland office. He has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, design, development, implementation and operation of telecommunications voice/data infrastructure and communications systems. He is serving as the project director for the Oregon State Capitol renovation project.
