Bend-based Pinnacle Architecture added Timothy Clem as a project manager. He recently spent six years in Costa Rica working with Engineering Ministries International, a nonprofit comprised of architects, engineers, surveyors and construction managers who donate their skills to help poor and needy populations around the world.
