ARCHITECTURE
Phil Duff recently joined HDR as vice president and managing principal of its Northwest offices. He will be based in Seattle, but oversee operations and business development in both Seattle and Portland. He has more than 27 years of experience in the architecture industry, most recently as a health-care studio practice and market leader in NBBJ’s Seattle office.
