Essex General Construction hires Perry Smick

CONSTRUCTION
Essex General Construction recently hired Perry Smick as a Portland-based project manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in commercial construction in Oregon and Washington. He is the project manager for Boathouse on Boundary, a six-story, 140-unit apartment building at John’s Landing.
