Pavilion Construction is building Moreland Station, a four-story apartment project at the corner of Southeast Tacoma Street and 23^rd Avenue in Sellwood for Urban Evolution Development, Inc. The building was designed by BAMA Architecture and Design, and will contain a total of 68 units ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms. Completion of the project is expected this fall.
