Perlo Construction is building a pair of industrial buildings near Portland International Airport as part of Capstone Partners LLC‘s PDX Logistics Center project. Concrete walls were raised last week on the buildings, which total 491,200 square feet and comprise the first phase of speculative Class A industrial project that will total 833,360 square feet. Work on the Mackenzie-designed project began last summer and is slated for completion this fall.
