Pearl District warehouse being demolished for high rise

A full block of former warehouse space in the Pearl District is being demolished by LOI Environmental & Demolition Services to make way for a 26-story mixed-use tower for Unico Properties. Andersen Construction is serving as the contractor on the Overton Apartments, 聽located on the block bounded by Northwest 12th and 13th Avenues and Overton and Pettygrove streets. ZGF Architects is the designer of the building, which will have 285 residential units and ground-floor retail space.
