Lorentz Bruun Construction is nearing completion of the , a 177-unit project in the Pearl District, for developer Astor Pacific. Work on the project, designed to have an art deco theme by FFA Architecture and Interiors Inc., is slated to wrap at the end of this month. As interior work winds down with installation of appliances, floors and finishes, crews are putting the finishing touches on the building’s white brick fa莽ade and constructing planters, fireplaces and barbecues in the courtyard.

Crews with Northwest Masonry caulk windows and finish expansion joints on the exterior of the Parker Apartments.
