USA Building began work in late spring on the at the , a $23 million fitness center designed by the San Francisco office of 360 Architecture and .

Nearly all the concrete slab on the 73,000-square-foot building has been poured, and crews will begin erecting steel by mid-September. The building will feature a rock climbing wall, three basketball courts with a suspended track hanging over them, locker rooms, and spaces for cardiovascular and weight training. The project is slated for completion in June 2015.
