Crews with LOI Environmental & Demolition Services have demolished a two-story office building at Southwest 12^th Avenue and Clay Street in downtown Portland and are clearing the site in preparation for a new apartment building. The 8-story project, called the Cameron Apartments, will be built by Bremik Construction for Summit Real Estate Management. The 64,500-square-foot building features 83 units and a ground-floor fitness room, leasing office, and resident amenity spaces. The project’s designer is SERA Architects.
