Jenny Carlson recently became office manager of OBEC Consulting Engineers’ office in Vancouver, Wash. Since joining the firm in 2013, she has helped bolster marine and port facilities services in northern Oregon and Southwest Washington. Carlson’s experiences are in project management, conceptual and detailed design, permitting assistance, feasibility studies, scheduling and cost estimating.
