A Portland-based brokerage firm specializing in multifamily properties last week announced that it has a new name and address.

ABR Winkler Real Estate Services formerly was known as Winkler & Dupont, according to a news release. The name change coincides with the firm’s move to 7035 S.W. Hampton St.

ABR Winkler’s founder, Gary Winkler, has more than 10 years of real estate brokerage experience. He spent six years as a broker with Colliers International before forming Winkler & Dupont in 2010.

Leslie Winkler recently joined ABR Winkler as its managing broker. She has 10 years of project management experience with roots in software development and implementation, according to the news release.

Gary Winkler said he has developed a software program to increase transparency for ABR Winkler’s clients.

鈥淭hey can see all the activity that’s taken place to sell their property,鈥� he said. 鈥淭he software gives clients access to every file associated with the sale of their property.鈥�

He said clients using the software can track emails regarding the property, and see contact information for the sender or recipient. They can see where their property is being advertised and when the advertisement was posted.

鈥淭he software is meant to increase communication between sellers and potential buyers,鈥� he said. 鈥淭hey can see who we’re talking to and what we’re telling them.鈥�
