Walsh Construction Co. is building a mixed-use project in St. Johns near the eastern approach to the neighborhood’s iconic bridge. The four-story building, called Marvel 29, features 165 studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom or live/work units in addition to a ground-floor retail space. Work began in late summer 2013 and is slated for completion by mid-December. The project’s developer is PHK Development, and Ankrom Moisan Architects served as the designer.
