In a little more than a decade, Anyeley Hallova has made her mark in design and development, and shown no signs of slowing down.

After completing a bachelor’s degree in environmental systems technology from Cornell in 1997, Hallova earned a master’s degree in city planning from MIT in 2000 and a second master’s in landscape architecture from Harvard in 2003.  Her expertise earned her a spot as a guest design critic at a list of schools that includes Louisiana State University, Harvard and Auburn. She filled a similar role, as well as served as a guest real estate critic, at Portland State University. She also was a juror for UrbanPlan at Georgia Tech.

In addition to serving as a panelist at the Housing Land Advocates Conference, she has presented at conferences that include the Oregon APA Public Involvement for Planners and the International Academic Association on Planning, Law and Property Rights Conference.

She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, and has served on advisory services panels in Merced, Calif., and Louisville. She has served two times as a juror for the Gerald D. Hines   Student Urban Design Competition.

Hallova worked as a development manager for Gerding Edlen Development from 2007-08, where she was involved in the Gilbert Hall project for Pacific University. Now as a partner with Project^, she has continued her involvement with upper education buildings, working on projects that serve students at the University of Oregon, Oregon State University and the Pacific Northwest College of Art.

Hallova’s civic work includes a mayoral appointment to the city of Portland’s Adjustment Committee.
