Otak Inc. recently hired Jeremy Tamargo as a water resources engineering designer to work out of its Portland office. He has extensive experience collecting urban stormwater runoff field samples and laboratory work analyzing stormwater samples. He also has experience performing computer modeling and producing written reports.
