Josh Rutter, a NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson property manager, earned the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Prior to joining NAI NBS, Rutter was an owner and partner of Bend-based Abacus Realty. He has developed and managed more than 30 mixed-use properties in Bend and Portland.
