Construction is under way on West Parc at Bethany Village,a five-structure mixed-use project in Bethany for owner/developer Central Bethany Development. General contractor LMC Construction began work on the project, which totals about 230,000 square feet, this past summer.

The project includes a building with four stories of apartments over ground-floor commercial space, two three-story apartment buildings, and a four-story apartment building, each on the perimeter of the full-block development. A garage with sub- and at-grade parking is being built at the center of the lot.

The project was designed by Bellevue, Wash.-based Paul Franks Architecture, and is slated for completion in March 2016. The members of the project team are also building a senior living facility on an adjacent block.

A 53,290-square-foot parking garage being constructed at the center of the development will have below- and at-grade parking spaces for residents and commercial spaces.
