Nishkian Dean recently added Ken Oliphant as an associate project engineer. He has more than 18 years of professional experience in structural engineering, expert witness and forensic consulting, and owner’s representative services. He has performed design work for: new commercial, industrial, institutional and residential structures; seismic evaluations and upgrades of existing buildings; structural and seismic bracing for non-buildings; and foundation stabilizations.
