• Key Home Furnishings leased 28,000 square feet of space at Utility Industrial Center, 7805-7895 S.W. Hunziker St., in Tigard from HGM Group LLC. Mike Merino and Jim Bennetts, both of Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the lessor. Scott Finney of Norris & Stevens represented the lessee.
