General contractor is building Block A, a seven-story mixed-use apartment project in the for owner Rembold Companies. The building was designed by and will feature 186 market-rate apartments ranging in size from studios to two-bedrooms, over 3,000 square feet of commercial space, and a second-level outdoor terrace. Work on the project is slated for completion by summer 2015.
