VLMK Engineering + Design聽recently promoted Jennifer Kimura to associate in Portland. She is the permit coordinator with over 13 years of experience. Her primary responsibilities include permit coordination of commercial, industrial, multifamily and residential buildings. She also provides assistance with land use, zoning and jurisdictional procedures as well as site due diligence.
