Michael Delaney has joined Downstream’s Portland office as associate creative director. He has more than 25 years of design experience, including creative direction for Samsung Asia and Nike China. He focuses on recruiting world-class design and project management teams, initiating brand-enhancing projects and establishing the culture of design within integrated marketing organizations.
