Robert G. Burt of Robert G. Burt PC recently was appointed chairman of the Oregon State Bar’s Legal Ethics Committee. He focuses his practice on federal and state income, excise, estate and gift and other tax matters; corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, business trusts, cooperatives and sole proprietorships; sales, acquisitions and mergers; charitable organizations; and complex business transactions. He serves as general counsel for several Oregon businesses.
