DEVELOPMENT
REACH CDC recently appointed Jessica Woodruff as director of housing development. She has served REACH as a housing project manager since 2008. She is now responsible for continuing to lead REACH’s developments in Multnomah, Washington and Clark counties, and expanding the portfolio of affordable rental housing available to low-income households in the region.
