Mortenson Construction has added Mitch Cornelius as an integrated construction manager in its Portland office. He has more than seven years of construction experience, ranging from small Coast Guard boathouses to $500 million civic and higher education buildings. He works to use technology to improve performance in regard to schedule, budget, quality and safety.
