K&L Gates LLP has added Rom谩n D. Hern谩ndez as a partner in Portland to serve its labor, employment and workplace safety practice. He focuses on employment law, labor law and business litigation. He represents employers in defense of allegations such as discrimination, unfair labor practices, harassment and wage abuse, and on international matters involving multinational contracts. He has served as lead counsel in class action disputes at state and federal levels, and argued before the National Labor Relations Board. Hern谩ndez previously was with Schwabe, Williamson & Wyatt.
