held the official grand re-opening of its Stadium store on West Burnside Street Friday, marking the end of major work on the $30 million renovation and expansion. Ogden, Utah-based general contractor R&O Construction began work on the in September 2013 with the demolition of a former Hollywood Video store on the site, which allowed for the construction of 41,000 square feet of new space.

The project’s architect, , worked with neighbors and city officials to implement design recommendations, resulting in an urban design that includes a sidewalk arcade, more windows than a typical store, a community room, and the retailer’s first green roof. The expansion opened to customers last fall, and  final completion of the project is slated for February.
