Another tower crane was added to Portland’s skyline Monday at the site of Block 75, a 10-story mixed-use project at 111 N.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. Crews with Ness & Campbell Crane and Northwest Tower Crane Service installed the crane, which rises about 150 feet above its foundation.

Yorke & Curtis Residential is the general contractor on the $24.5 million project, which was designed by Works Partnership Architecture for co-developers Urban Development Partners and Beam Development.

Jeff Propp, a crane operator with Ness & Campbell Crane and member of Operating Engineers Local 71, cleans the windows of the cab before it is lifted into place.
