Construction is under way on The Barcelona at Beaverton, an four-story multifamily project developed by Community Partners for Affordable Housing. General contractor LMC Construction began work on the Carleton Hart Architecture-designed project last November.

The wood-framed building will feature a total of 47 residential units 鈥� 41 one-bedrooms, three two-bedrooms and three studios 鈥� as well as a ground-floor community room, kitchen, and office space, and at-grade tuck-under parking. 聽The project is slated for completion in late October.
