A Seattle-based community health organization has purchased an office building in Vancouver, Washington.
Sea Mar Community Health Centers bought for nearly $5.2 million the three-story, 22,500-square-foot University Plaza property, at 14508 N.E. 20th Ave. The building is located in Vancouver’s Salmon Creek neighborhood near Washington State University Vancouver, a Kaiser Permanente clinic and Legacy Salmon Creek Medical Center.
Doug Bartocci, vice president of Portland-based commercial real estate company NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson, represented the building seller, Seattle-based FFLP MTH LLC. Brian Petro of Seattle-based Horizon Real Estate represented Sea Mar Community Health Centers in the sale.
Sea Mar provides health, housing and social services throughout Washington state with a specialty in serving Latinos. In Clark County, the organization operates medical, dental and behavioral health clinics and offers preventative care services.
