Jim Lord has joined Ashley & Vance Engineering as principal of civil engineering in its Bend office. He has more than 14 years of civil engineering experience working on projects ranging from private site development to multiphase public infrastructure improvements. Ashley & Vance Engineering provides creative, collaborative and cost-conscious structural and civil engineering solutions and services for energy, public works, institutional, industrial, agricultural, commercial and residential projects.
