Downie joins Sazan Group

Sazan Group has added Doug Downie as a senior project manager in its Portland office. He has more than 30 years of mechanical engineering experience in HVAC and plumbing design, as well as management of multidisciplinary project teams for public works and private projects and MEP systems commissioning.
