A development agreement for Zidell Yards in Portland’s South Waterfront District has been delayed and probably won’t be on the Portland City Council agenda until next month.
Kathleen Mazzocco of Clear PR said the next time the development comes up for a vote by the City Council will probably be in mid- to late June. No date has been set.
Development on the 33-acre site will eventually deliver up to 3.5 million square feet of office, retail and multifamily space. Paperwork submitted to Portland’s Bureau of Development Services indicates that developers are also planning to add two office buildings on a brownfield site.
