Crews with R&H Construction are building the fifth and final floor of the West Building at One North, a three-building office/retail development located north of Fremont Street between North Williams and Vancouver avenues in the Boise neighborhood.

Ground was broken last year on the Holst Architecture-designed building, which 聽will feature four floors of office space over ground-floor retail and total over 35,000 square feet. It will share courtyard space with the East Building, the core and shell of which was completed earlier this month, and the Radiator, which was completed last spring. The full development is slated for completion this fall.
