Tech firm expanding its Beaverton headquarters

Beaverton-based tech firm Allion USA Engineering Services  is expanding into more space at Unico Properties’ AmberGlen Business Center.

The firm will expand its current headquarters to occupy 52,746 square feet of space in the 217-acre Beaverton office park, at 1365 N.W. AmberGlen Parkway, NAI Norris, Beggs & Simpson Vice President Brandon Frank said. The Portland-based commercial real estate company represented the lessor, Amber Glen Office Corp., in the expansion deal.

Allion USA has been hiring and needed more office space to accommodate additional staff, Franksaid. Tenant improvements to the new space should be completed in the next few months, he said.

Jones Lang LaSalle Vice President Charlie Floberg represented Allion USA, the lessee.
