has owned property in Arizona since 1958. On Thursday, the Portland-based real estate investment, development and management company announced that it has acquired two more commercial properties in Tucson, Arizona.

With the purchases, Harsch has now acquired approximately 2 million square feet of flex-industrial space during the past 12 months. Its flex-industrial portfolio now exceeds 18 million square feet.

One of the properties acquired is the Butterfield Corporate Plaza. It is 60,000 square feet of high-end office/research and development flex space. The complex is 100 percent occupied by tenants – three are publicly traded companies and the fourth is a regional, 100-year-old private company.

Harsch’s other acquisition is the Tucson Airport Center. It is a 130,000-square-foot business park featuring office and industrial spaces. It has been fully occupied for several years.

Both properties are close to Tucson International Airport and Interstate 10.

Bill DiVito and Jesse Blum of Tucson served as the listing brokers for both properties.
